Boosting physical activity and curbing sitting time highly likely to lower breast cancer risk

New research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that boosting physical activity and curbing sitting time are highly likely to lower the risk of breast cancer.  The findings were consistent across all types and stages of the disease.  The research included data from 130,957 women of European ancestry.  The women were all participants of 76 studies from the Breast Cancer Association Consortium (BCAC).
