Jackfruit
Jackfruit, a member of the Moraceae family which includes Figs, Mulberries and Breadfruit, Jackfruit has become a fashionable alternative to meat and fish as it has a stringy consistency it is often used to replace shredded chicken, pulled pork or fish.
Jackfruit is packed full of nutrients including Vitamins A and C, Riboflavin, Magnesium, Pottasium, fibre and protein.
